This document describes how Flower Queens (the “controller”) processes personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect

You provide the data voluntarily in one of two forms. Enquiry form (Contact):

• Type of enquiry
• Requested date
• Collection or delivery and any delivery location
• Approximate budget
• Preferred colours or style
• Message
• Name, e-mail, phone
• Preferred contact method
• Consent to data processing

Order form (Delivery):

• Catalogue section and variant number
• Collection or delivery and any delivery address
• Date and time
• Payment method
• Name, e-mail, phone
• Note
• Consent to data processing

Forms are processed on the server; their contents are not stored in your browser. Analytics (see section 8) does not collect your name, e-mail, phone, message content or address.

3. Purpose of processing

We process the form data in order to:

• Contact you and answer your requests
• Discuss an order and deliver services
• Keep a demonstrable record of communication

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing the form data is performance of a contract or the controller's legitimate interest (handling a request for services). Analytics runs only on the basis of your consent.

5. Retention period

Personal data will be kept for the period strictly necessary for the purposes stated above, but no longer than 3 years from the last communication.

6. Recipients and processors

Your data may be shared with:

• Internal Flower Queens staff
• Resend – delivery of the form e-mails (sending the enquiry/order and its confirmation)
• Google – Google Analytics (only with your analytics consent) and Google Maps (only with your external-media consent)
• A delivery service where applicable

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access to the data
• Correction or completion
• Erasure (“the right to be forgotten”)
• Restriction of processing
• Portability
• Object to the processing
• Withdraw consent (turn analytics off anytime via “Privacy settings” in the footer)

8. Cookies and storage

We use strictly necessary storage to remember your consent choice and run the site. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) is loaded only after your explicit consent – no data is sent before consent. Analytics and external media are two independent choices; closing or ignoring the banner leaves both off. You can change or withdraw consent anytime via “Privacy settings” in the footer; after withdrawing analytics, measurement stops and the relevant GA cookies are removed. The interactive Google Maps map is loaded only after your external-media consent (then automatically).
